Coonoor Chocolate Factory is a family-run artisan business based in Coonoor, The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, India. All references to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Coonoor Chocolate Factory.

Products

• Our chocolates and other food products are handmade in small batches; slight variations in colour, shape and weight are normal.
• All product images are for reference. Packaging may be updated from time to time.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product ranges and offers without prior notice.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
• We may cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount already paid will be refunded.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Shelf life and storage

Because our products contain no artificial preservatives, please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and consume them within the shelf life printed on the packaging.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product photography — belongs to Coonoor Chocolate Factory and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.
